 When will my purchase be shipped?

Items are shipped within 2-3 business days that the order is placed Monday through Friday. We will do our best to ship your order in a timely fashion to ensure prompt delivery times.

 What should I do if my item is received damaged?

Contact us via email as soon as possible so that we can resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please send us a picture of the defective item along with the order number.

 How long does it take to hear back from customer service?

We answer emails Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4pm PST and you can expect a response within 24-48 hours on average. Holidays may increase response time. Please email us

What to do if the package says it has been delivered, but you do not have it?

This most likely occurs when the package has either been delivered to a neighboring address or will arrive on the following day. If the package does not appear within a 3 days, please reach out via email with your order number and/or tracking number to:

Since our items are often gifted, we never include inventory sheets or receipts in the package.
