When will my purchase be shipped?
Items are shipped within 2-3 business days that the order is placed Monday through Friday. We will do our best to ship your order in a timely fashion to ensure prompt delivery times.
Where is my purchase shipped from?

Yes, we have a 15 days return policy. Please see this policy at the bottom of the home page.
What should I do if my item is received damaged?
Contact us via email email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please send us a picture of the defective item along with the order number.
How long does it take to hear back from customer service?
We answer emails Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4pm PST and you can expect a response within 24-48 hours on average. Holidays may increase response time. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
What to do if the package says it has been delivered, but you do not have it?
This most likely occurs when the package has either been delivered to a neighboring address or will arrive on the following day. If the package does not appear within a 3 days, please reach out via email with your order number and/or tracking number to: email@example.com
This is a gift—do I need to do anything to hide the cost from the recipient?
Since our items are often gifted, we never include inventory sheets or receipts in the package.
