Order Processing & Shipping
Shipping policy/ Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Local Delivery/ Pick-Up:
Email us regarding Free pick up or local delivery within the North Idaho region.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Shipping to P.O. boxes:
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Checking Order Status:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
