Refunds, returns, and exchanges: We want you to love your purchase! If you are not happy with the product you received, we will gladly accept returns on most products. We cannot however accept returns on custom/personalized orders. If you are not satisfied with your custom/personalized order, please reach out to us via email email@example.com.
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges: We do allow exchanges for unused items. You must contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.
